Unlike the person in the previous review, I actually was highly disappointed in how small these earrings are. Perhaps that reviewer purchased these for a very young daughter, but as a grown woman, I prefer earrings that are more substantial. There were no measurements about these earrings on the description page save the photo that made it seem that the even 1/4 inch size was larger than what I actually got. These are smaller than a standard 5mm gold ball earring many people get for their first pair after having their ears pierced. The color is nice, and the quality seems okay…just miniature.

These ear rings are larger than I thought and well mounted and are quite beautiful for my daughter. She loves them. Even though she plays basketball with them on (I was not happy), the backs did not come loose. They were delivered quickly by the seller.

We purchased these for a gift. Upon inspection we noticed that the backs were too large, and almost fell off the post. Luckily we were able to find a pair of backs that worked off of another pair of earrings and we were able to still give these as a gift.

Otherwise the quality of the earrings was very nice.
